Kim’s Outstanding Achievements Include:
- Being owner and operator of The Livery Horse Farm in Hinesburg Vermont teaching kids, teens and adults how to ride and care for horses, promoting a kind and caring atmosphere.
- Volunteering as leader of the Hinesburg 4H Group The Midnight Riders for 25 years.
- Volunteering as a mentor to Champlain Valley Union High School students, teaching them the benefits of horse therapy.
- Working hard to keep her student programs running even during the height of the COVID 19 Pandemic, creating a safe environment for her students and their families so they could enjoy the benefits of being around horses during a difficult time.
- Inviting nurses to her farm to experience the therapeutic benefits of being around horses during a very trying time in their career.
