Jennifer Allen is the director of Care Design NY in Keeseville. Care Design NY assists individuals with intellectual and or developmental disabilities to get the support and services they need to live a quality of life they deserve. Jen is always the first to jump “in the trenches” to ensure that the people she works with get every level of care and support they need. She has taken an active role in local community groups to advocate for better services for people with disabilities of all ages. Jen is a mom, a community leader and an employer who leads with a positive attitude and gracefulness that encourages everyone around her to do the same.
