Tammy Villanueva is involved in a broad range of activities in her Plattsburgh community, all with the connecting thread of helping others. She is an educator, worked at Clinton Community College, and is an Administrative Assistant for Plattsburgh High School. There, she assists students with the Cougar Food Pantry, providing an essential service for the local community. Tammy is also involved in supporting survivors of cancer, as a survivor herself. She actively participates in Relay for Life, as well as the breast cancer support group “The Boobie Sisters.” Tammy is also known and loved for making Michigan Sauce for the Cougar Holiday Classic Tournament – just another gesture reflecting her love and care for her community.
