Heidi Gillespie is devoted to caring for others in a professional and personal capacity. After raising 7 children, Heidi’s passion for childcare motivated her to go back to college and pursue her nursing degree. She has served as the Clinical Nurse Supervisor for the Maternal Child Health program of the VNA and Hospice of the Southwest Region for the last 9 years. Heidi spends her summers as the Medical Director and Camp Nurse for Camp Thorpe, a summer camp for children and adults with moderate special needs. On top of that, each year she travels to Honduras with a group of nurses to provide medical care to those without. Heidi’s care for others truly knows no bounds.
