As the Volunteer Development Director at the Community Senior Center of Richmond, Bolton and Huntington Martha Nye has turned the center into a robust and inclusive resource that now offers over two dozen activities each week. From hiking, to pickleball and language classes Martha has created a space for everyone at the Community Senior Center. Martha’s enthusiasm also inspires seniors with different talents and abilities to take on leadership roles within the center teaching and organizing activities they are passionate about. As many of them say “It’s impossible to say no to Martha!” Martha’s motto is to keep growing, find new ways to have fun, stay active and get healthier every day!
