Congratulations to our winner, Morgan Fournier, one of our Outstanding Women of 2025!

Morgan Fournier 20 Outstanding Women WOKO Hannaford

Nominated by: Andrew Fournier

Ask anyone in the Franklin county foster care system about Morgan and they will all tell you how amazing she is and how selfless she is.” – Andrew Fournier

Morgan Fournier is a Resource Coordinator for the Department for Children and Families in St. Albans where she dedicates herself to supporting foster children and families in her area. Understanding the need for more Foster Families, Morgan had the idea to partner with one of America’s most trusted brands, Dunkin Donuts to launch a Foster Parent campaign in May during National Foster Care Month. This campaign allowed the agency’s call to action of needing more foster homes to land directly in the hands of thousands of Vermonters. Morgan, with the support of her husband, two daughters, extended family and wonderful colleagues find ways to support the children and foster families she works with by partnering with community vendors to support special events like their annual Holiday Extravaganza and Foster Parent Night Out. The Franklin County Foster Care community is incredibly grateful for Morgan and her dedication to making foster care work for everyone involved.

If you have questions about how you can get involved in supporting children and youth in foster care, please check out DCF’s foster care inquiry landing page! Morgan and her fellow Resource Coordinators are ready to partner with you!
