Taylor Swift‘s “Cruel Summer” has reclaimed the top spot on the Billboard Hot 100, earning a third non-consecutive week at No. 1 on the chart.
“Cruel Summer” reclaimed the top spot from Swift’s 11th No. 1 “Is It Over Now? (Taylor’s Version) [From the Vault],” which had debuted atop the chart last week. “Cruel Summer” had initially topped the chart three weeks earlier, earning the global superstar her 10th career leader.
In the November 3-9 tracking week, “Cruel Summer” drew 77.8 million radio airplay audience impressions, up 3%, and 13.8 million streams, down 9%, and sold 4,000 downloads, up 17%, according to Luminate.
“Cruel Summer” was originally released on Swift’s 2019 Republic Records album Lover before being promoted as a single and gaining new prominence as the superstar performed it on her “The Eras Tour” this year.
